- Eligibility:
- We accept returns and exchanges of unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Exclusions:
- Grab Bag sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. As we like to say: "You get what ya get, and you don’t throw a fit!"
- Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- Please email us at returns@damnnearkiltem.com with your order details (Name, Order Number #dnke12345), the reason for the return/exchange, and if applicable, the item you would like to receive in exchange.
- Return Process:
- Once we receive your request, our customer service team will provide detailed shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable).
- For non-error returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Kindly notify us at returns@damnnearkiltem.com once you’ve shipped your return.
- Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process a full refund (minus any return shipping fees for non-error returns).
- Refunds may take up to five business days to appear in your account.
